2006 is when the seventh generation really started to form, as the PlayStation 3 and the Wii are released, along with a couple of the early killer apps for the three consoles. Also, the HyperScan was released to dismal reception and sales, leaving it to be discontinued a little more than a year later. Apple would also finalize the shift of Mac OS X (now macOS) from PowerPC to x86 processors, which at first caused quite a commotion within the Mac community.
The Game Boy Advance had its last first party game released for it, that game being Rhythm Tengoku. Tiger Telematics went bankrupt too, taking the ill-fated Gizmondo with it.

Enjoy tons of handcrafted levels and swing your way through the pulsing music beats, surrounded by a futuristic world. Having only recently moved from Deskside support to the back-end in IT, I've seen the popularity of the MacOS wax and wane. That glowing Apple logo was synonymous for hip and elite. Our collection of My Little Pony games is filled with adorable Hasbro dolls and TV show characters. You can play with colorful, lovable ponies like Rainbow Dash, Twilight Sparkle, and Apple Bloom! Several titles feature unique dress-up challenges, which allow you to customize your own creature.

A note about the external download (Mac-only disc image): This copy I have, at least in my version of SheepShaver, doesn't seem to want to open correctly. I have to open the copy of the Preschool application at the BOTTOM of the window, not the one on the top. And the animations are extremely laggy. If anyone knows what's wrong, please tell me.
Also, another version of this is here under the name 'Let's Start Learning'.
