AFAIK, The default location of the local save directory on OS X is Root/My Games/Tabletop Simulator/Saves (.and its subdirectory /Saved Objects). If you are looking for the tables' saves then look in /Saves, but if you are looking for the saved objects (that you can load to a table) those are saved in the subfolder.
