found and iso that actually works and has ingame videos and sountrack.
you have to select the english language while installing the game otherwise it will be in russian i think. It already has no cd fix. here is the magnet link:

Update on the missing music case
The music files are located in the DATA/music folder and it seems that only some the ogg files are just 3 - 4 minutes of silence. So my guess is that to fix it all it would take is the actual music file, and then just over write these faulty ones...

I tried tweaking a lot of different things in the engine.ini file and using dgvoodoo but the game still won't run, i always have the same problem wich is the game launches but its a black screen i can only see the mouse.. Pb might come from .bik files that windows 10 can't play.. just an idea, if anyone knows how to run it.. My system is win10 / geforce1080
